Very friendly staff. They need to get there online sale prices with what they have in the store..They don't match. But overall good experience.
My finance and I recently needed to rent a minivan for a trip to see her daughter for the first time in 14 years. However, the documents necessary for us to secure the vehicle were not complete, and there was no way for us to obtain them on such short notice. Suddenly, pretty much out of nowhere, a young lady who I believe was the manager, came up with an idea that worked - and just like that, we were on the road!! We are both eternally grateful to the entire staff at Enterprise for finding a way to make this trip a reality. Most companies would have said "this is what it is, and that's that" (especially since my fiance and I were less than thrilled initially when we got the bad news), but not Enterprise - they were determined to find a solution, and NEVER ONCE lost ANY patience with us. 5 stars are not enough to rate the professionalism, courtesy, patience, and empathy displayed last week.
Fantastic customer service. The staff really do a great job at making sure their customer is the number one priority. They had a good size lot with plenty of vehicles to use as well. My only negative comment is that, I had rented a small SUV, but it was a 4 cylinder engine. It had terrible pick up. I know the company purchases the vehicles this way for customer gas mileage but it was still a bit of frustration getting on highways and trying to accelerate into already fast moving traffic.
All representatives were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The car I rented ran beautifully without any problems.
Always a pleasant experience here, we use the West Islip location and they always go out of their way for us, wouldn't go anywhere else, a lot of choices, cars trucks, suv's etc...
