Mark and his staff are wonderful. I cannot say enough great things about them. They're meticulous, honest, and the work on my car has always been impeccable. The charges are reasonable and I trust their opinion completely. You just can't beat this place for honest and reliable service. They bend over backwards for their customers and tell you upfront what's going on with your car. Great work!!

Stop whatever you do.... Mark is the man for Honest Reliable Trustworthy Auto Mechanical work. Mark is beyond great! No other mechanic can beat him hands down.
Dropped my daughter off at pre k and on the way home my low tire pressure sensor came on. I put in a search to google and I was near Mark's automotive. I pulled in and they put it on the lift immediately even though a scheduled tow truck pulled up at the same time. They found a screw fixed the pressure leak and had me ready to go in 8 mins. I asked how much and he said "no charge we don't charge for that. " I insisted I pay and he said if you'd like you can take care of the employee who fixed it which I immediately gave $10 to. I was in a time crunch (which I never mentioned) this business helps the community and takes good care of its employees! This place has my families business from now on.
What a gem to find in West Islip! I found Mark on a blind google search and I could not be happier with my experience. Mark was professional, courteous and handled my situation in a timely matter.
